Elizabeth is an RMT and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Kikkawa College in 2000. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapist's Association of Ontario (RMTAO).

Elizabeth obtained an extensive education in Poland, where she graduated from the University of Agriculture in Krakow, obtaining her Agricultural Engineering degree. Elizabeth continued her postgraduate studies, attending teacher’s college. In Canada, she decided to pursue a career as an RMT and use her knowledge and experience to help her patients improve their quality of life.

Elizabeth offers deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage therapy while specializing in treatments for headaches, including migraines, with relaxation and therapeutic massage.
